APPLE Developing New iOS4.3.1 After BUG Reports

After the reports for bugs being found in the iOS 4.3 Apple is rumoured to be working frantically to develop IOS 4.3.1 an update to the iOS4.3 which would feature minor bug fixes and will take care of the security issues with which the earlier iOS is threatened.
The buzz for an exploit found for the iOS 4.3 may have added to the frenzy leading to the Apple people to look into the matter seriously. The exploit found for the iPAD2 jailbreak can lead to serious setback for Apple so they are doing the development for the update version fast.
The new iOS is reportedly going to address to the problems  like Baseband updates , removing the fixed memory bug which can lead memory corruption when running USIM file system, Jailbreak vulnerability and issues with 3rd party application not recognizing the gyroscope of Ipad2  jailbreak.
